How to Send Pictures & Files with Email

You open outlook express and go to the email you want to reply to or start a new one.
It has to be a reply or a new email to do this.
After you have selected and opened the email on your desktop then select "insert" from the top bar and go down to "picture" or "file attachment" and select that. Either one will work, but sometimes the option "picture" is not available.
When the file selection box appears, select the place that your word document, or picture is at and when you see it in the selection box double click it and it will be put into your email. You will be able to see the attachment in a new line added to your email.
All that is left to do is send it when you are done writing your message.

Happy emailing. :-)

How to Move Files on Your Computer

You should start out with 2 seperate windows open.

Position the 2 windows on different sides of your desktop.
Highlight all the files you want to move by left clicking at the top of the window and dragging the cursor to the bottom of the files that you want to move.
Then right click and drag the files to the other window and release. A menu will appear, then select "copy here" and, you have moved your files.

Tip: you can also use the "cut and paste", or the "copy and paste" functions to do this.

If you want to do either, all you do is, highlight the files you want to move and then move the cursor over the highlighted area and right click and a menu will appear. You can then select "Cut" or "Copy" and then go to the area or other window and right click there and select paste, and the file should appear.

Tip: When you select "Cut", the selected files will be moved. If you select "Copy" the selected files will be copied and will exist in both places.

Happy file moving. :-)
